A striking audiovisual experience for the largest Pull&Bear

Pull&Bear, the brand for young fashion within the Inditex group, opens its largest store to date in Madrid, the same city where it began in 1991.  The premises, located in number 9 Preciados street, presents their new image under the concept of California.

The challenge our client presents us with centres around providing freedom of movement and dynamism to the flagship store.

Innovation, lighting and functionality

TRISON’S solution involves creating an incomparable experience thanks to the audiovisual technology and interactivity.  The innovation, lighting and functionality have been the three pillars of this project.

The buying experience starts before entering the store: a giant transparent LED screen (19 x 2.5 metres) covers the shop front, lighting up the whole street, catching the attention of the passers-by with a unique content in 4k quality.  Also, the transparency of the screen allows light to penetrate the interior of the store and helps reduce the use of electricity.

Once inside the store, the space becomes dynamic, thanks to the large sized LED screens that adapt to the architecture of the building, LED banners hanging from the ceiling, LED high resolution stretch monitors, and integrated LED screens in columns to create an aesthetic effect without frames.

Acoustically, the space offers a surround sound produced using customised speakers exclusively to fully integrate with the new image of the firm.

The omni-channel impulse

With the sales space distributed in four floors and almost 1,000 metres squared, the new premises is fully committed to being omni-channel and to the integration of online shopping with the store, two areas more and more intertwined as components of one shopping experience.  This way, the store offers a special area for online orders with self-checkouts that include a tutorial on its correct use.

The changing rooms have also incorporated changes with a person detection system.  This way, thanks to the red and green lights, clients can see if the changing room is occupied or free.

Pull&Bear offers its public stores that excel in the sector and manage to differentiate themselves from the competitors creating spaces where the client can interact with the most advanced technology on the market.  Retail stores no longer want to give an image of being technological, but want to integrate technology into the buying process.
